The Client shall make payment towards the EOR Deposit upon creating an Engagement Request for each Resource, and Multiplier shall execute the Employment Contract with the Resource only after receipt of the EOR Deposit funds.

The Termination Accrual may be charged on a periodic basis and will be determined by Multiplier exclusively based on the applicable statutory requirements and/or employment practices in the Specified Jurisdiction.

Oyster does not add extra charges for essentials like setup and onboarding, talking to HR experts, or processing terminations
- Deposit
Oyster requires a refundable deposit for EOR Team Members to initiate the engagement and to ensure on-time payments to your team.
- Currency
Oyster charges a fee for currency conversions but the fee applies only if you pay us in a currency different from the contract currency.
