The Client shall make payment towards the EOR Deposit upon creating an Engagement Request for each Resource, and Multiplier shall execute the Employment Contract with the Resource only after receipt of the EOR Deposit funds.

The Termination Accrual may be charged on a periodic basis and will be determined by Multiplier exclusively based on the applicable statutory requirements and/or employment practices in the Specified Jurisdiction.
